Immerse yourself in the rich history of the iconic Coal Exchange building, which has been featured in numerous TV shows, concerts and has played a significant role in putting Cardiff Bay on the global map.

Commissioned in 1884 and completed in 1886 by the Cardiff Exchange and Office Co Ltd, the building served as a dedicated marketplace for coal merchants and traders. Inspired by similar structures in London, Liverpool, and Manchester, it stands as a testament to Cardiff's development, thanks to the visionary leadership of Frederick de Courcy Hamilton, a local solicitor.

The Coal Exchange Cardiff offers easy access to Cardiff City Centre and is located with easy access to the M4 and public transport making it accessible for delegates travelling to attend.

Immerse yourself in the captivating ambiance of the Grand Hall Suite, which has provided the backdrop for esteemed British TV shows including Doctor Who, Casualty and Tom Jones Christmas.

In addition, a comedian will be performing and we are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting a raffle and auction during the event.

Assist us in raising funds for a worthy cause as all proceeds from the event will be dedicated to Maggie’s, a charity based at the Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff (https://www.maggies.org/). A representative from Maggie’s will be present, and your generous contributions will directly benefit this important cause.

Get ready for a chance to win incredible prizes, all while supporting a great cause. Our charity raffle and auction will offer attendees the opportunity to bid on exclusive items generously donated by our community.

We welcome donations for our raffle and auction and your contribution will not only add excitement to the event but also make a significant impact on our chosen charity, Maggie's. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your donation.
